Easy to put on and adjust. The included instructions are easy to understand. I have a 32" waist and ordered the medium. It fits well and is not too large.
It is comfortable to wear and does pull my shoulders back rather than back and down. I like that it is wider and covers more area across the abdomen, as well as a little bit taller on my back. It gives good support. The straps are nice and wide and don’t dig into my skin.
My wife ordered this for me. I was stubborn, didn't want to wear it. But I tried it on a heavy day, moving 80lb retaining wall blocks. Man, I was wrong. It keeps your shoulders back so you can't lift with bad form. It saved my season.

The first thing I noticed is that it helps my chest out and I feel the pressure is distributed, not just digging into my spine. It gets a little warm in the shop during summer, sure, but that’s better than popping Ibuprofen like candy. My posture is actually better even when I take it off now.

I have spinal stenosis and have purchased lots of back braces but this is absolutely the best! It keeps it's shape and it not uncomfortable. It is sturdy enough to keep your back upright.
I have been thinking of getting a posture corrector for a while now. This one is great! It's easy to put on and adjustable to make it more comfortable. Not overly thick or bulky, velcro stays attached nicely. I'll be starting with the recommended 30 minutes a day. I can feel the difference when I wear it and find myself correcting my posture when I'm not wearing it.
My 13 years old son has been asking this to help him with his posture.
I ordered a M because he has a wild shoulder from swimming. We followed the picture from the instruction manual and figured out within a minute on how to put it on.
It was comfortable and he wear it for the remaining time until bed time.
